This class is great for beginners and anyone wanting to practice mindful movement. Our flow will focus on building strength, flexibility, and awareness with some foundation yoga poses. First, we will practice breathing techniques to help ease the mind and calm the body. This class is a 45 min-1hr practice to help set the foundation for consistent yoga practice and then a 30-min mixer to follow. The session will be beginner-friendly and all levels are welcome.
